Payment and Cancellation Policies:
Booking
Confirmations To
confirm your booking we require a 50% Deposit payment, the balance is due on the day of the fishing trip in cash. Once details of your trip are finalized, we will send you an invoice detailing the trip.
Payments We accept the following payment methods;
- Credit Card via PayPal (secure server, we don’t see your CC details)
- Telegraphic Transfer to our Bank
- Western Union or Money gram
- Cash in either Thai baht (THB), US$, Euros or GBP.
Cancellation & Refund
Policies
Deposits will be refunded up until 30
days prior to the booking date, less 10% to cover credit
card charges, administration costs etc. Alternatively,
you can remain in credit until later that year, or the
following year etc. At less than 30 days notice,
refunds are made on a pro rata basis, subject to
negotiation as you may have cost us significant
business, and we will not always be able to find another
client for that day, but we are happy for you to remain
in credit until later that year or for the following
year. Fishing in Thailand recommends that you take out
your own personal travel insurance in the event that you
have to cancel your trip through sickness. In the event
that the trip is cancelled by Fishing in Thailand for
any reason whatsoever. Our liability is expressly and
solely limited to any charter fees already paid. We
accepts no liability whatsoever for any other costs
incurred.
